CHAS Elite (SSIP)
CHAS is one of the UK's leading health and safety accreditation schemes and an SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) member. Our CHAS Elite status means our health, safety, compliance and business practices have been independently assessed against a recognised standard, which matters especially for commercial, school and public-sector work.
CHAS Certificate of Compliance
Our current CHAS Certificate of Compliance is issued to First Rate Roofing Services Ltd. It confirms we meet the scheme's requirements for safe systems of work, risk management and legal compliance, and it is renewed on assessment.
rubber4roofs Approved Installer
We are an approved installer for rubber4roofs EPDM flat roofing systems. Approved-installer status means we are trained to fit these systems correctly, so your flat roof performs as intended and is backed by the manufacturer.
Fire Safety Training
Our team holds current fire safety training. Working safely with heat and hot works on roofs is a serious responsibility, and this training helps us manage those risks properly on every job.
